Works on T114 and Cardputer. Does not compile for TLora pager; just a known limitation overall.

In further review, TLoraPager is failing because resolveTFTColorPixel was removed with this PR but the code referencing it (linePixelBuffer[x] = graphics::resolveTFTColorPixel(static_cast<int16_t>(x), static_cast<int16_t>(y), isset, colorTftWhite, colorTftBlack); does not appear to have been updated also.
