Problem

Several threads on reddit indicates that there is some confusion about what the Position Circles on the map mean. The threads indicate somewhat similar confusion about the animation representing online/offline nodes.

Proposal

Implement a map legend that shows what each of the map elements indicates.

Additional comments

It might be okay to start this, but it would also be good to make sure that the UI is fairly stable before building it.
