This commit updates Gradle and several key dependencies to their latest versions. ### Key Changes: - **Gradle:** Upgraded Gradle Wrapper from version 9.2.1 to 9.3.0. - **Kotlinx Serialization:** Updated from 1.9.0 to 1.10.0. - **Ktor:** Updated from 3.3.3 to 3.4.0. - **Spotless:** Updated plugin from 8.1.0 to 8.2.0. - **Detekt Compose Rules:** Updated from 0.5.3 to 0.5.5.
