Steps to reproduce the bug

Go to the message filter section
Add a whole word match of a single emoji, such as "1️⃣" (commonly used to show hops for a test message)
See someone add that emoji as a reaction (aka tapback) and see it not get filtered.

Actual behavior

It shows the emoji 1️⃣, and it appears in android notifications.

Expected behavior

I would expect the tapback to not appear in chat or in the android notifications
