Steps to reproduce the bug

Go to Nodes
Select random Node
Tap on "Exchange User Info"

Actual behavior

Frames sent via requests have StartHop set 0, therefore there is no chance for you to get any reply for such.
Sometimes (I was not able to reproduce it on larger scale), even traceroute requests were sent with StartHop.
Obviously my device is set to StartHop 6 and all other frames sent by my device have StartHop 6

Expected behavior

Use configured in device settings StartHop field in this requests. Like it was working in 2.7.10.
