[Bug]: -0 degrees doesn't make sense, show decimal places? #4150

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Create an ambient temperature between -0.4 and -0.1 degrees.
  2. Go to the "Nodes" tab and select the node with the temperature sensor.

Actual behavior

Displays -0°C.

Expected behavior

Displays 0°C or -0.1°C.

Additional information

I find it a bit strange that the node overview provides more detailed temperature information than the node information.
