Steps to reproduce the bug

Change the language of the app, for example to one that has an already very good translation (Finnish, French...)
Go to the node list, choose one that has just broadcasted something (or ask for its position or something like that)

• the "last heard" section on the top of the node details says "now", whatever language you are using. I also suspect the other times like for example "4 min" or "2 days" are hard coded.
• The same applies in the node list view in the top right corner of a node information, (just left of the favorite star icon). We can see "2 d" for 2 days, even if the app is in another language.
