Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to Settings -> Position (both on a local node or remotely managed one)
2. Enable "Fixed Position" and set a position
3. Save the settings
4. Go back into the Position settings
5. Change the coordinates (longitude, latitude or altitude)

Actual behavior

The Save and Discard buttons pop up

Expected behavior

No Save or Discard buttons appear, unless I change another setting in the same screen
