Steps to reproduce the bug

Go to External Notification
Edit Ringtone

When you exit edit field nothing happens. There is no option to send change to node.

The only option for user is to change some other option too, so it shows Send option and then send both changes. then user has to get back and set other option back to what it had to be set. This means two reboots, and manual handling BT connection as it does not automatically restore.

Actual behavior

When you exit edit field after entered change nothing happens. There is no option to send change to node.

Expected behavior

Option to send change to node should show up.
