Steps to reproduce the bug

Go to Canned Messages
Edit Messages

When you exit edit field nothing happens. There is no option to send change to node.

The only option for user is to change some other option too so it shows Send option and then send both changes.

Actual behavior

When you exit edit field after entered change nothing happens. There is no option to send change to node.

Expected behavior

Option to send change to node should show up.
