Sniping is an IRL game with friends where you try to "snipe" people by taking secret photos and posting it in the #sniped channel
SniperBot keeps a leaderboard of snipes, deaths, and kill-death ratio

COMMANDS
!listsnipers - lists people with sniper role
!updatesnipers - updates JSON file with new snipers
!bounty - view current bounty
!stats - view own stats
!stats @mention - view other sniper's stats
!leaderboard - lists snipers with highest overall points !rawleaderboard - lists snipers with most kills and deaths
