[Task] Surface SDLC-loop manifesto quote on landing page #100

Summary

A real-world tester (2 weeks of using apexyard) gave feedback that this specific line needs more surface area:

Every pull request ties to a ticket. Every ticket has acceptance criteria. Code review validates against those criteria, and QA verifies the result in a separate pass before the ticket closes.

It's already in the launch blog post (promoted to frontmatter quote + pull-quote in the body via me2resh.com#57). Also worth putting on the landing — it's the clearest one-line articulation of what apexyard mechanically enforces.

Scope

Add a dedicated manifesto-style callout on site/index.html carrying the quote verbatim. One location (not every section). Suggested placement: between the hero and the install-row, as a full-width brutalist callout — same aesthetic as the rest of the page (cream paper, sharp corners, 1-2 line content, optional accent).

No new images or assets. No restructuring of existing sections.

Acceptance criteria

  • Quote appears verbatim on the landing at yard.apexscript.com — easily findable within first scroll.
  • Visual style matches the brutalist aesthetic (JetBrains Mono, cream paper, sharp corners, no shadows/gradients).
  • Mobile (320px): reads clean, no horizontal overflow.
  • Dark-mode: legible.
  • No other copy on the page changed.

Out of scope

  • Rewriting the hero tagline/sub.
  • Adding a testimonial section (this isn't a testimonial — it's a plain statement of fact about what the system does).
  • Anything on subpages (landing is one page).

Context

  • Related blog post PR: me2resh/me2resh.com#57 (where the same quote is going into the frontmatter + body)
  • Triggering feedback: real-world tester, 2 weeks of usage
