document ::details-content pseudo-element and stylability of <details> element #559

Description

Proposal

whatwg/html#10265 is specifying changes to HTML that make it easier to style the <details> element. These changes include defining how HTML supports the ::details-content pseudo-element which is defined in CSS. In addition to the pseudo-element, probably the relevant thing that should be documented is the internal structure of the <details> element which makes using the pseudo-element useful and interoperable across layout modes.

Browser support

Not yet available in any stable browsers, though I'm working on implementing it in Chrome.
