FF147 supports brotli compression in
CompressionStreamconstructor andDecompressionStream()constructor in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1921583This adds a release note. It also updates the two constructors to include the brotli option and zstd option (which is also supported).
