This PR updates the
copy,cutandpasteevents of the Document API to conform to the new style. Part of work for #14578.Content PR: mdn/content#12924
Note: the compatibility data for Opera and Safari is altered in this PR. When performing some quick tests, I found that both browsers also supported the event through
addEventListenerin these earlier versions.
