Update to Go 1.20 for freebsd/riscv64 support.

Upgrade Go to 1.19 for loong64 support in prebuilt binaries.

The internal build process has been enhanced to yield more platform ports.

• Target path is no longer implicitly nested under the root directory.
• zipc functionality is now available via API call, no need to shell out.
• chdir option renamed to root.

musl Linux and other new targets are now available in the precompiled binary bundle.

Dropped docopt for the standard flags package, for better git integration and leaner binaries.

Release archive includes ports for all OS's (Linux, macOS, Windows, ...) and architectures (amd64, 386, arm64, ...) supported by Go.
