Summary
We should have a code of conduct, just because it is the right thing to do

@mcyph and @coclav I have put my name into the complaints section of the code of conduct, because this email address is also used for the Threat Dragon code of conduct. Would you like to have your addresses in this section as well ? I do not seek to be the only person here, and we are a small group of owners/admins ... but neither do I want to force anybody to do this (that was a tortuous sentence, but you get what I mean)

Great initiative 👍🏿
I also agree to commit this in the development branch as the situation in the main branch is still unclear due to non standard Apache-2.0 license.

Thanks @lreading and @tbouffard - I will go ahead and merge. We can add / change the contact email at a later date if we want to
