Review computed environment constants in `mxClient`/`Client`

#58 fixed an issue with `NO_FO` but others remain.
At least, `NO_FO` condition for Opera browsers is outdated: https://github.com/maxGraph/maxGraph/pull/58#pullrequestreview-815847225

There are probably other constants that are not calculated accurately and therefore need to be corrected.
