Refresh Session keyboard shortcut does not work on Windows #58

Version 0.4.5
The Refresh Session keyboard shortcut is listed as CMD+R. The CMD key does not exist on Windows but is typically converted to CTRL by applications. Unfortunately, CTRL+R does not work either.
