Mark all read / Clear all notifications should be tab scoped #31
Description
When viewing notifications there are three tabs: all, tool result error, and high token usage.
When I click mark all read or clear all, it should be scoped to the tab that I am currently viewing.
Given I am on Notifications/*
When I click Mark all read or Clear all
Then only * notifications should be marked read or cleared
