Synapse notification (push) e-mails should include the List-Unsubscribe header #16217
Description
This header helps e-mail clients, particularly Gmail et al., display easy 'Unsubscribe' buttons.
This would help people unsubscribe from the e-mails if they don't want them anymore.
This would also help since we don't translate our e-mails but the e-mail clients probably do translate that button.
