nix dev flake: does not include dch so cutting a release fails #15654
Description
current workaround:
nix-shell -I=/home/rei/.nix-defexpr/channels/nixpkgs-unstable -p debian-devscripts
(n.b. 22.11 does not have dch in that package.)
