Debian/Ubuntu's ofono package started to conflict with modem-manager, as the two are both managing the same hardware [1]. So in the spirit of pairwise testing, run the ofono tests on Debian and the ModemManager tests on Fedora. [1] https://tracker.debian.org/news/1643872/accepted-ofono-216-4-source-into-unstable
