Did you ever wanted to create columns and rows in your horizontal sidebars? Then this plugin is for you. With the wonderful Boostrap 3 you can do it quickly and easier.

1. Upload the whole plugin directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Enjoy!

For now, it is necessary that is previously installed.
