When I start sidecar in a new project it shows the popup that it detects td is installed, but needs to be initialized. I mark that I want it to initialize the td database and add the prompt to the agent file, then select 'Set Up'.

It does in fact do both things (confirmed externally), but nothing is reflected in the UI, the dialog does not go away. Subsequent launches repeat that on-boarding dialog and never acknowledge that both items are done.

Manually selecting 'Skip' causes the dialog to dismiss, but td is not detected. The td tab shows "td is not installed on your system."

This is on Linux (Bazzite DX). Both td and sidecar installed via Homebrew.
