Two weeks ago, v1.30.0 of Buf was released. When I use this devcontainer feature, the buf binary that installed is the bash completion file.

If I revert back to v1.29.0, this continues to work fine.

I can't work out why it's doing that - I don't think there are any changes to the Buf project structure and there is certainly no change in this feature. I'm quite happy to do some further investigation and raise a PR if I work out what's going on, but I'd like to work out if this is something specific to my project or if anyone else is seeing it.
