- Compatibility with vulcanizedb@vdb-1126-diffs-from-db
- execute no longer needs to know storage diffs source since it's grabbing diffs from the db

Removes queued_storage table and need for
executeto know where diffs are coming from (since it just grabs them from the DB now)
