Description of Issue:

On a site running Spotlight - Social Media Feeds plugin, the MainWP Child Reports “Exclude by Context” table won’t keep any context that starts with Sl-insta- (Sl-insta-account, Sl-insta-feed, Sl-insta-media). You can select them in and click Save Changes, but the list clears and the events keep logging.

Steps to Reproduce:

Install Spotlight Instagram Feed (free or pro) on a child site with MainWP Child Reports active.
Go to Settings > MainWP Child > MainWP Child Settings
Click Add New Rule, select Sl-insta-media (or any Sl-insta-* context) then Save Settings.
The selected context will not be saved and Spotlight events are still logged
