This commit probably fixes #62, definitely does the LoadSoundAlias part, but I'm not sure about Mac support because I don't have one to test with. Most of the changes are just updating raudio. Other than that, SoundDataItem now owns the Sound like it did with the Wave already. All SoundItems including the ones created with clone just store an alias to the original sound.

Tested with my project which uses a few cloned sounds and lots of other sounds.
