• Chemical_Jacarrd_similar.csv describes the similarity of the chemical substructure.
• ddi_080_percent_chem.csv describe the drug sign network formed after the similarity threshold was set at 0.8.
• drug_drug_interaction.csv describe whether there were side effects between the drugs.
