Describe the bug
All buildings that are type=building relations, appear in game as one-story buildings. Usually the number of floors is on the part elements of these relations (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relation:building). As I noticed, this bug occurs only when parts of the type=building relation are relations themselves
