Bug Description / Bug 描述

当前版本自动备份配置的功能似乎错误地使用了 CST+8 的时间配置，本地时区为 UTC+8 预设 2:00 备份，但是实际执行和显示的备份时间为 10:00，手动创建备份似乎不会显示在上次备份中显示，但是直接查看备份文件的时间戳是正确的。

Steps to Reproduce / 复现步骤

1. 启用自动备份功能
2. 备份频率使用预设的每日 2:00 配置
3. 等待执行......

Expected Behavior / 期望行为

备份动作应同设置的时间，手动创建的备份也应当展示到上次备份时间中；此外，有必要的话可以在"上次备份时间"后方增加一个服务器时区配置的提示如“上次备份时间: 2026/4/27 10:00:00 CST (UTC+08:00)”
