发现请求日志里有很多已取消，但是codex中并没有做取消操作。
现在在 axonhub 中点击查看详细也看不出为什么取消。
是因为网络异常？还是上游api异常？还是超时？
谢谢作者，现在的疑问是为什么有这些已取消，怎么避免。
