Description / Steps to reproduce / Feature proposal

lb4 example clones an example project for users but then they are required to install the dependencies themselves which is different from the regular experience of using the CLI to generate an app -- we install the dependencies automatically.

Current Behavior

lb4 example not install example dependencies.

Expected Behavior | Acceptance Criteria

• lb4 example should install dependencies for the cloned project
• change any instances of docs where we mention that they should cd into it and install it
