What Happened?

[Right Sidebar] Close button disappers on mouse out from context menu — UI jumps and this looks strange

Reproduce the Bug

1. Open page in right sidebar
2. Open sidebar item context menu
3. Move out mouse pointer from sidebar item and from context menu
4. Mote UI jumping

Expected Behavior

I'm not sure the right way of solving this. Probably context menu shouldn't move when close button disappearing.
