What Happened?

Context menu dots doesn't hide on mouse over if there was two clicks on it

Demo

Reproduce the Bug

1. Add any item to right sidebar
2. Click the context menu dots to open it
3. Click again to close it
4. Move out mouse pointer
5. Dots are still visible

Expected Behavior

Dots are hidden when mouse pointer is over item
