Follow-up to #465

Problem: revocation entries (sequence entry versions with isRevocation===true) are filtered out when querying for approved_for_released data.

As the versionStatus for later revoked sequence entry versions are set properly, the banner shows correctly that this version is revoked, but it doesnt link to latestVersion as that does not exist in SILO.

When SILO can handle revocation entries (#429), the implemented banner of #465 should work. Make sure, that everything works as expected #434 .
