workspace persists what tabs you have open, this is so good for making our app sticky
until we hit a crash, now our app is crash looping, this is so bad for making our app sticky
logging in and initial syncing is quite annoying for power users
in this PR, if we startup and had a panic within the last 5 seconds, we will nuke the current persistence file
