Fixes an issue where dragging a selection over an island breaks the selection tool, ignoring further input and leaving it in an active state. Does this by following the pattern used by the pen tool. Now, dragging a selection into an island terminates the selection successfully. Perhaps ideally the selection tool would tolerate being dragged over an island.
