sorry, in one of my commits on 0.9.3-SNAPSHOT, I did a bunch of cleaning up in geowave-core-store, a lot got moved around, but I tried to and should keep the datastore API in tact completely without a better reason to move things there. IndexWriter was moved and shouldn't have been. This is simply moving that class back to its 0.9.2.1 package.
