There was an exclusion in the installer plugin assembly profile for
gt-coverage, which was causinggt-coverage-apito get excluded, which was a dependency needed by gt-netcdf. I updated the exclusion to be more specific, and also added some more exclusions to reduce the number of duplicated dependencies in the installed geotools raster plugin.
