We have noticed differences between the formatting of the geowave rpms and what is in github. Sometimes, when running an rpm built version of geowave, we will get an error pointing at a line in a class that could not have caused the error, or even an empty line. Not sure if this is an issue in our deploy scripts of is being caused by Jenkins.
