Much like we use the PersistentDataFormatter for providing human readable text parsed from the accumulo values, it would be very beneficial to provide a formatter for the keys. AccumuloRowId will be helpful although it would also be nice to further decompose the insertion ID which is really only possible by associating the insertion ID with the particular NumericIndexStrategy.
