Hi @hamishfagg, thanks for contributing this documentation! Your documentation will make a fantastic addition to this project. I think it adds a lot of helpful information for those trying to connect to LocalStack that aren't able to use the default configuration, and #26 mentions, it's not so discoverable at the moment!
