This PR contains some small improvements for the pipeline:

• 9e3f200: Fixes flaky firehose tests
  • These tests use non-default elasticsearch and opensearch versions, which need to be downloaded on demand (if there's a cache miss). This commit increases the timeout to give it a bit more time to download the versions.
• 9097b82: Avoid using the runtime environment
  • This is just a small cleanup in the pipeline testing the community integration tests against pro.
  • Here the "environment" feature is not necessary anymore.
• ce252b2: Fix formatting for ASF updates
  • This fix just removes the replacement of newlines in the PR description of ASF update PRs (as in Update ASF APIs #7974).
  • This escaping is not necessary anymore when using the EOF-based action output.
  • Uses a new version of mad9000/actions-find-and-replace-string after merging / releasing fix multiline outputs mad9000/actions-find-and-replace-string#11 to avoid the deprecated set-output.
• 9284ffd: Cleanup / fix RenovateBot and CLA assistant config
  • Removes some unnecessary configs in the RenovateBot config file (for non-existing Dockerfiles).
  • Adds bot users to the CLA via a wildcard.
