Css and Js editor auto-save text while editing ignoring the utility of the Save button #653

Steps to reproduce

Note that i didn't click on the 'Save' button so the app does an automatic save every time i type something.
Expected behavior
Tbh if I modified the text inside the editor exiting that mode without clickijg the button 'Save' the app should make a popup message asking if i want to save or ignore the modifications, which is absent.

Other details
I know that exiting the 'Reader' setting and then coming back will restore it but it should simply be unmodified.
