Hi, thanks for this package. We ran into a dependency conflict since this package [requires numpy 1.x when Python < 3.12](https://github.com/lmmentel/mendeleev/blob/d0b713b34a4212bb8f8f5a5bdfa51d179a4e7f47/pyproject.toml#L41). What is the reason behind this? Thanks.
