Context

paritytech/substrate#11198
we have a new command to benchmark the machine that runs the node, this could be useful later when third-parties are allowed to run our collators and our collator scores could be used for reference (our weights are calculated based on our collator settings)

Task

• expose this command in code
• update the doc to attach our scores

Medium prior as it's probably litentry relevant.
