To shorten the CI execution time and keep us focused, I suggest removing unrelated build processes and test-cases.

Suggestions:

For building we only need:

• sidechain
• mockserver

For testing we only need:

• sidechain related
• shielding key
• ts-tests

Other cases like teeracle / evm / ocw are not needed for now
