This PR updates the management and creation of search terms, in particular to add flexibility to specifying joiners.

To do so, it updates the code originally in lisc.collect.utils, which are term creation code, to expose settings for managing which joiners are used between individual words within term types (instead of always defaulting to 'OR'). It then updates the objects to be able to specify which joiners to use.
